Welcome to Lodge at Copper. Timber Creek Condominium Association wants to take this opportunity to Welcome You and provide you with Building and Resort information so your stay at the Lodge is an enjoyable, memorable experience and you will quickly feel right at home. The Lodge is a privately owned building and is not a condo/ hotel affiliated with Copper Mountain Resort.



Summary of Rules & Rgulations for Homeowners & Guests

Information Concerning Your Stay


Resident Building Manager:  Jayden Blackwell


WiFi:  The Association provides complimentary WiFi and is available throughout the Building.  A passcode is not required.


Parking Level:
  Ski Lockers.  Recycle Containers and Dumpster.


Hot Tub/ Deck: Hot Tub, Dry Sauna, Gas Grill, Picnic table. Hot Tub & Sauna Facility is open from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.  Guest compliance with Hot Tub Facility rules is mandatory to insure the safety of guests.  Hot Tub Facility Rules are posted around the Facility, and are included in the Summary of Association Rules for Homeowners and Guests available at the link above.  Children under 18 years of age must be supervised by an adult, 21 years or older - NO EXCEPTIONS. 


Bicycle and Scooter Storage: 
During Summer Season, the Association provides bike Racks around the Building.  Bike owners are responsible for providing a bike/scooter lock. 


Quiet Hours:  Timber Creek has a quiet hour policy between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM daily.  Guests will refrain from making loud noises, talking loudly, running in hallways and restrict volume levels when listening to music or viewing television.  This policy applies to all units and common areas to include the lobby, elevator, hallways, laundry facility, ski locker room, garages, rear deck, stairwell landings and the front parking lot of the building.  If there is a quiet hour violation, contact the Building Manager or Copper Mountain Security at 970-390-6888.


Exterior:  The back yard has a deck with picnic table and gas grill.  Guests are required to clean the grill grates and dispose of trash after use.


Issues in Unit:  Call the Management Company or Owner you rented the unit from for issues with housekeeping, additional towels or trouble with the TV, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave Oven or Dishwasher.


Emergency Issues in Unit:  Call the Building Manager for, lack of heat, water leaks & electrical issues. 


Common Area Issues:  Call the Building Manager for problems in the, Hot Tub Facility, Laundry Facility & Gas Grill.


Trash:  Trash and Recycle cans are located outside. Do not put trash on the floor in the Trash room or outside your unit.  There are trash receptacles in various places in and outside the building.


Recycle:  Recycle receptacles are located outside.  Recyclables should be placed in a paper bag or directly into the Blue Container.  Do not use plastic bags for recyclables.  Please recycle glass, plastics, paper and cardboard.  Do not put trash in the recycle receptacles.


Center Village:  Approximately a two minute walk to American Eagle and American Flyer Ski Lifts, Restaurants and Shopping.

Parking at Timber Creek:  There is Assigned parking with 4 first come first serve overflow parking.  Only two vehicles per unit are permitted to be parked on property at any time. Guests must register in the Timber Creek Parking System by using the QR Code on the refrigerator in the unit the Guest is staying in while at Timber Creek.  Instructions for registration should be supplied by the owner or rental company.  Vehicles not registered in Timber Creeks Parking System is subject to being booted or towed at the discretion of the Building Manager.  Parking Passes from Rental Management Companies are not valid and if used by the Guest without registering in the Timber Creek Parking System will risk being booted or towed.  Any damage caused to the car ports, ceiling framing, electrical/signal cables, plumbing or overhead lights by vehicles violating the height limit will be the sole financial responsibility of the vehicle owner or rental vehicle operator.  Any questions concerning parking please contact Building Manager for assistance. Copper Mountain Resort does provide overflow parking in the Alpine Lot located adjacent to the resort entrance. 
   
Copper Coach - Call the Copper Coach 15-20 minutes ahead of your desired pickup time for free pickup at The Lodge and transportation throughout Copper Mountain Resort.  Copper Coach operates from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM during Winter Season and 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM during Summer Season.  Call 970-368-2002 for Dial-a-Ride pickup.


Public Bus Stops -

  • You can walk to the Center Village Bus Stop and catch a Resort Shuttle Bus to the to the Union Creek and East Village Lift areas.
  • You can walk to the Center Village Bus Stop and catch the the free Summit Stage to Frisco, Silverthorne, Breckenridge, Dillon, Keystone and A-Basin.  Visit the Summit Stage website or download their free APP.
